1. General
The following terms apply to the purchase of products from Nordics Co AS, represented by PostBiotIQ.
Safe Product – our goal is always to develop the best and most complete products on the market.
We eliminate middlemen and sell directly to you. This allows us to invest more in the product and the highest quality ingredients for an optimal composition.
The products are manufactured in Norway by a leading manufacturer under strict requirements for quality, ingredients, and production processes.
Nordics Co AS is part of the Norwegian Nordic Nutrition Group AS, whose goal is to invest in market-leading products and customer-friendly concepts.

We have chosen a combination of various active ingredients to offer the most complete, safe, and natural dietary supplement possible. Since Nordics Co AS delivers directly to the end customer, we avoid expensive middlemen. The goal is to use leading product expertise in every area and employ high-quality ingredients for the best possible end product for our customers.

The buyer is the person listed as the buyer in the order and is hereinafter referred to as "you" or "customer." You must be at least 18 years old to become a customer of Nordics Co AS.
3. Subscription Without Purchase Obligation
With us, it's safe and simple to be a customer
Nordics Co AS sells products on an ongoing subscription basis without hidden costs. Delivery usually takes place within 5 to 14 business days. The subscription can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, the subscription is immediately terminated with effect from the next delivery.
You can change, pause, or cancel the subscription at any time through our customer service. Changes, pausing, or cancellation of the subscription can be made at any time by contacting customer service at hi@nordics.no or during our business hours.
4. Prices and Payment
No Hidden Costs
Subscription price: $45.00 per pack including tax and shipping. You will be delivered every 2 months with 2 packs, total amount $90, of which tax: $0,00.

Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our payment service provider Stripe. The charge is made at the time of the order and then regularly according to your chosen subscription interval.
Sales tax is included in the price where applicable.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Easy Returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. The right of withdrawal only applies to unopened products. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us. We will refund the amount within 14 days.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Nordics Co AS, Postboks 3052 Elisenberg, 0207 Oslo, Norway, Email: hi@nordics.no) with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

7. Warranty
As a customer, you have the right to report defects in the goods within a reasonable time, but no later than before the expiration date (as indicated on the packaging). This requires proper storage of the goods. Complaints must be made no later than two months after discovering the defect. For approved complaints, shipping costs are covered and the refund is made within 14 days.
8. Breach of Contract by the Customer
In case of non-payment or other breach of your obligations under the contract or law, not attributable to the seller, we reserve the right to apply the sanctions arising from applicable law. This may include withholding goods, demanding contract fulfillment, termination of the contract, and claims for damages. For late payment, we may charge interest and collection fees.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Legal Framework
Norwegian law applies to this agreement. Disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiations do not succeed, disputes shall be referred to the ordinary courts.
13. Reservations and Limitations of Liability
Nordics Co AS reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this agreement to another party if deemed appropriate. We reserve the right to operational disruptions, incorrect prices, delivery issues beyond our control, as well as printing errors and price changes.
At Nordics Co AS, we want to act environmentally conscious, and packaging may be changed without prior notice. Follow the recommended dosage on the package for correct use of the products. We assume no responsibility for incorrect use of products.
Changes will be communicated to you and on our website postbiotiq.com in good time, up to 30 days before the changes take effect. Customers can of course cancel at any time if such changes occur.
